General Rules
- The user is not allowed to share his lab.
- The user is not allowed to change the usernames and passwords of lab devices, machines, and servers.
- The user is not allowed to change the IPs configured on devices, machines and lab servers.
- The user is not allowed to put Password on the console of devices or servers.
- The user should connect to uLab network via VPN, then connect to terminal machine via Remote Desktop.
-The user must ensure his / her internet connection before booking. Obviously, slow internet speeds, packet lost or internet disruptions do not cause a refund.
- The user has no right to use any malware. Any malicious activity is illegal and will be prosecuted through the courts.
Cancelation Rules
-If the user cancels within 48 hours of booking, the full refund will be given.
-If the user cancels within 24 hours of booking, 50% of the lab's price will be refunded.
- If there are any technical issues at the time of booking (only confirmed by uLab experts) that cause a definite service failure, the entire amount of the lab will be refunded.
